ELEGANT BALLROOM, CONFERENCE ROOM & WORKSPACE RENTALS


We have 3 ballrooms to choose from, plus a full-service kitchen for your special event.

We also have a conference room available to the public for rental. 8 guests can comfortably sit around our conference table, with 2 additional comfortable chairs provided for extra guests. A small in-room refridgerator is also provided. Click HERE for more information on on renting this pleasant meeting space.





THREE GORGEOUS BALLROOMS TO CHOOSE FROM

Ambassador Ballroom

Capacity: 540 guests
Dimensions: 98x47'
Amenities: carpeted stage, large elegant men's & ladies restrooms with granite counter tops, adjustable LED lighting to match any color scheme, 3' disco ball, computerized surround-sound system compatible with ipod or CD's, microphone, remote operated control operated built-in disco lights, balcony, fully sprung maple dance floor, large-screen TV for playing videos, entire ballroom draped in cream fabric with full-length mirrors along two walls, 8 large gold chandeliers can be dimmed for a romantic feel, upholstered benches line the perimeter which can be opened to provide storage for guest items





Champions Ballroom

Capacity: 330 guests
Dimensions: 50x48'
Ammenities: LED lighting, 3' disco ball, computerized surround-sound system compatible with ipod or CD's, microphone, balcony, fully sprung maple dance floor, burgundy and gold fleur-de-lis upholstered panels cover the walls, 6 large gold chandeliers can be dimmed for a romantic feel, matching burgundy & gold fleur-de-lis upholstered benches line the perimeter which can be opened to provide storage for guest items, built-in remote control operated disco lights, private changing room available upstairs upon pre-request, full-length mirrors line 2 walls





Blue Ballroom

Capacity: 270 guests
Dimensions: 57x30'
Ammenities: attached full-service kitchen, attached private apartment (complete with shower) is avaialable upon pre-request, additional attached private changing rooms available upon pre-request, large elegant mens & ladies restrooms with granite countertops, disco-style par-can lighting plus thousands of twinkling blue LED lights twinkle on the ceiling like a starry sky, 3' disco ball, computerized surround-sound system compatible with ipod or CD's, microphone, balcony, fully sprung maple dance floor, ballroom walls are padded with blue upholstery-covered panels, remote control operated built-in disco lights, full-length mirrors along one wall, matching blue upholstered benches line the perimeter which can be opened to provide storage for guest items





CONFERENCE ROOM

Conference Room & Workspace

Capacity: 10 guests (fire marshall capacity is higher, however we recommend 10 guest limit for your comfort)
Dimensions: 20x20'
Amenities: elegant men's & ladies restrooms with granite counter tops, TV for playing videos, built in WiFi, cabinet to provide storage for guest items



RENTAL PRICES

Ambassador Ballroom

Capacity: 540 guests
Hourly Rental: $400 per hour (includes set-up and tear-down time)
Current Special: Fridays or Saturdays -- $300 per hour (includes set-up and tear-down time)
Rental Consists of 3 Parts:
1) Hourly Fee
2) $1,000 Minimum Charge
3) $300-$1,500 Refundable Security Deposit (refunded in full if your event is cancelled more than 6 months in advance)




Champions Ballroom

Capacity: 330 guests
Hourly Rental: $375 per hour (includes set-up and tear-down time)
Current Special: Fridays or Saturdays -- $275 per hour (includes set-up and tear-down time)
Rental Consists of 3 Parts:
1) Hourly Fee
2) $1,000 Minimum Charge
3) $300-$1,500 Refundable Security Deposit (refunded in full if your event is cancelled more than 6 months in advance)




Blue Ballroom

Capacity: 270 guests
Hourly Rental: $350 per hour (includes set-up and tear-down time)
Current Special: Fridays or Saturdays -- $250 per hour (includes set-up and tear-down time)
Rental Consists of 3 Parts:
1) Hourly Fee
2) $1,000 Minimum Charge
3) $300-$1,500 Refundable Security Deposit (refunded in full if your event is cancelled more than 6 months in advance)




Conference Room

Capacity: 1- guests
Hourly Rental for Groups: $35 per hour (includes set-up and tear-down time)
Hourly Rental for Individual: $20 per hour (includes set-up and tear-down time)
Rental Consists of 2 Parts:
1) Hourly Fee
2) $20 Minimum Charge
3) Most converence room rentals do not require security deposit



OTHER EVENTS

Concerts
Minimum Charge: $8,000
Room Rates:
Ambassador Ballroom - $3,000 per hour
Champions Ballroom - $2,500 per hour
Blue Ballroom - $2,000 per hour
Plus: $3,000-$5,000 refundable security deposit

Public Dances
We offer profit-sharing for individuals/groups who would like to host dances open to the public, and discounts for public schools. Alcohol may not be served or sold at dances open to the public.

Academic & Theater Groups
$22-$250 per hour depending on group size and room availability, absolutely no food/beverages or furnishings, and no kitchen access



ADD-ON SERVICES AVAILABLE

Extra Services Available for Events
- Dance Instructor ($150/hr, $150 minimum)
- DJ ($140/hr, $140 minimum)
- Technical Advisor ($150/hr, $150 minimum)
- Event Assistant ($80/hr, $80 minimum)
- Cleaning ($25/hr -- clean-up, including any dirt or spills on floor, will be charged $25/hr cleaning)
- Trash Bags ($25/bag -- any trash left on site, including bagged trash, will be charged $25/bag garbage removal fee)



ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Holding Reservations
Ballrooms are reserved only after receipt and clearance of security deposit payment. Full rental payment is due 30 days before events occur. Listed prices are subject to change -- but posted prices will be honored for all events which we have already received security deposit for. Until your security deposit clears, the Ballroom will be made available for others to book on your preferred day and time.

Supplies
- The Ballroom does not provide tables, chairs, linens, flowers, etc.
- Most caterers supply, put in & take down all tables, chairs & linens

Catering
- We allow self-catering
- You may also bring in the caterer of your choice. We highly recommend Dalton's Catering in Tigard for excellent quality and pricing. They can also provide tables, chairs, linens, etc and provide set-up and removal. Call (503)639-7211. We recieve no kick-back for recommending Dalton's -- this is simply a heart-felt recommendation based on previous excellent customer service!

Alcohol & Security
- The Ballroom requires all events to be in compliance will all applicable state and federal laws.
- The Ballroom reserves the right to require independent security staff for an event. This will be included in the final quote if applicable.
- Events serving alcohol must provide their own licensed bartender. The Ballroom requires all events that serve or provide any form of alcohol to be in complete compliance with all OLCC rules and regulations. Individual/groups in charge of the event are responsible for verifying compliance. We require liquor liability insurance, and you may need a Temporary Liquor License. To ensure your events are in compliance with the law, please check with your caterer to make sure they are allowed to serve alcohol.
- If the police, OLCC, Fire Marshall, or other agency closes down your event for breaking any laws, you must still pay full rental fees for your event.

Charges applied to the Security Deposit
We expect guests to leave our facility in the same condition they found it.
- Cleaning - $25 per hour for non-scheduled janitorial work.
- Overtime - If your event -- including clean up -- runs over its scheduled end time the regular hourly room rate will be deducted from the security deposit.
- Trash disposal - $5 per large (32 gallon) trash bag left on site.
- Damages Actual repair costs, the deposit will be held until repairs are complete.
- If you/your guests damage our facility beyond the amount of your security deposit, we will request re-payment for the cost of fixing that damage. We provide appropriate photo documentation if this occurs.

Miscellaneous Information
- Our facility owns parking lots on both sides of our building. There is also plenty of free street-parking available. Local businesses also allow our guests to park in their lots, with the exception of T.Scandia Motors, the Eagles Lodge, and Home Masters.
- We successfully and regularly run multiple events simultaneously. If you do not rent all 3 ballrooms, you will not necessarily be the only event running in the facility that day/evening.
- Legally we may not allow more guests into your event than the law allows (please observe legal room capacities).
- The lobby must be kept clear and available to the public during our business hours
