- Classes are held on Tuesdays from 7-8pm with instructor Trina Siebert & Jason Isbell. - Class costs $35 for the entire 5-week series when you pre-pay on the first day of class or $9 to "drop-in" to any single class. Description of class: For the Gentle Yoga class: This Iyengar and Yin style class will focus on proper body alignment with the use of props to aid students in achieving and experiencing asanas(poses) more easily and fully than might otherwise be possible without years of practice.
