We teach and host dances at our custom built ballroom dance studio located at 8900 SW Commercial Street, Tigard, OR 97223. We are conveniently located next door to the Tigard Transit Center. Buses 12 (Barbur Blvd), 45 (Garden Home), 64 (Marquam Hill), 6 (Beaverton/Tualatin), and 78 (Beaverton/Lake Oswego) all stop at the Transit Center next door. - Take I-5 South to the Tigard exit 99W
- At the top of the exit, turn right onto 99W
- Follow 99W past Fred Meyer, Costco, and JoAnn Fabric
- Turn left onto Main Street (you'll see the Bank of America on your right)
- Follow Main Street as it curves, pass through the first stop light
- Turn left at the next street (Commercial Street) (You'll see Crown Carpets)
- We are the burgundy and tan building on your right, immediately next to the Tigard Transit Center
- Take 217 South
- Take the Tigard 99W exit
- At the top of the exit, turn right onto 99W
- Pass JoAnn Fabric on your right
- Turn left onto Main Street (you'll see the Bank of America on your right)
- Follow Main Street as it curves, pass through the first stop light
- Turn left at the next street (Commercial Street) (You'll see Crown Carpets)
- We are the burgundy and tan building on your right, immediately next to the Tigard Transit Center
- Take I-5 North to 217 North
- Take the 217 exit, follow it over the freeway overpass
- Take the Tigard 99W exit
- At the top of the exit, turn left onto 99W
- Turn left at the 2nd stop-light onto Main Street
- Follow Main Street as it curves, pass through the first stop light
- Turn left at the next street (Commercial Street) (You'll see Crown Carpets)
- We are the burgundy and tan building on your right, immediately next to the Tigard Transit Center
- We have permission to park in all neighborhood parking lots EXCEPT "T. Scandia Moters" next door
- Free street parking also available
